Crafted in contemporary Maldivian style, there are 102 thatched beach and water villas and suites at Four Seasons Landaa Griaavaru - the details for each type of accommodation are shown below. Although the traditional Maldivian method of building walls from coral is now outlawed, the resort received special permission to use recycled coral to replicate the lost art in each of the accommodations.

Beach Bungalow with Pool

The Beach Bungalows with Pool (75sqm) are located on the north side of the island, offering views of the ocean and surrounding gardens. They are built in native Maldivian style with contemporary-style teak furniture, a king size bed (or two twin beds) and bathroom, plus an outdoor garden shower. Enjoy the al fresco style with your own private pool, and the open-air "bale" (traditional thatched hut) which serves as the living and dining area.

Beach Villa with Pool

The Beach Villas with Pool (137sqm) are situated on the south side of the island, just steps from the white sand and shimmering ocean waters. The villas are constructed in traditional Maldivian style with contemporary-style teak furniture. There is a king size bed (or two twin beds), separate dressing area, full bathroom, and an additional outdoor garden shower. Enjoy the al fresco style with open-air living and dining pavillion, complete with furnished loft for ocean viewing.

Family Beach Villa with Pool

The Family Beach Villa with Pool (164sqm) is just steps from the lagoon on the south side of the island and features a 12-metre lap pool, sand-floor living room and spacious study with sofabed - ideal for families with small children. As well as a sofabed the study offers a desk, TV and adjacent full bathroom with shower. There is a king size bed, plus two twin beds, separate dressing area, and an additional outdoor garden shower. Let the family enjoy the al fresco style with open-air living and dining pavillion, complete with furnished loft for ocean viewing.

Water Villa (Sunrise)

These stylish Water Villas have been built in native Maldivian style and are positioned on a double-loaded jetty off the northwestern end of the island, offering a full ocean view and stunning sunrise views. Each villa is 86sqm, fitted with contemporary-style teak furniture, a king size bed and bathroom, separate dressing area, plus two outdoor showers. There is a private deck with loungers and steps leading down to the waters below.
