Avani+ Fares Maldives features 176 villas, rooms and pavilions. All rooms feature high-speed Wi-Fi Internet Access, in-room safety box, Nespresso coffee machine and tea-making facilities and in-room bottled water.

Premium Rooms & Pavilions
The Pavilions line the southern and northern beaches with picturesque views of the vast Maldivian ocean. Two Premium Ocean View Rooms are upstairs and two Premium Beachfront Rooms are downstairs in each Pavilion. You may even take the whole Pavilion with Four Bedrooms when staying with friends and family.

Beach Villas
Lined along the island’s southwest, Beach Villas and Beach Pool Villas are carefully located on the beach. Sink into the plush sand, swim at the tranquil lagoon, swim far into the sea or simply swing and sway with the island breeze at a hanging chair hung outdoors for you.

Overwater Villas
Perched above the turquoise lagoon, two incredible blue holes by their side and facing the west of the island with stunning views are the island’s 28 Overwater Villas.
