Emerald Faarufushi Resort & Spa is a 5-star luxury resort in the Raa Atoll that opened in May 2022. Each villa has been thoughtfully designed to harmonize with the natural surroundings, showcasing a refined, minimalist aesthetic that incorporates elements of wood and stone.

All villas come equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, king-size bed, and modern air-conditioned bathrooms featuring a walk-in shower, an open-air “under the stars” shower, a bathtub for two, separate WC and bidet. Additional amenities include a dressing room with walk-in closet, luggage rack, hairdryer, bathrobes, personal safe, tea and coffee facilities, a daily replenished minibar, twice-daily housekeeping, individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fan, work desk, and Wi-Fi access throughout the resort.

Beach Club Grill Restaurant

Set directly on the beach with panoramic ocean views, the Beach Club Grill serves a relaxed yet refined lunch. Guests can enjoy a pizza and pasta station along with an array of freshly grilled fish, seafood, meats, and vegetables cooked on a stone grill to enhance their natural flavours.

Carnivorous Restaurant

Inspired by South American cuisine, Carnivorous Restaurant sits right on the beach, offering sweeping views of the Indian Ocean. Emulating the spirit of a Brazilian churrascaria, it serves premium cuts of meat grilled to perfection for a true feast of flavours.

The Emerald Spa

Nestled within the island’s tropical heart, the Emerald Spa offers world-class treatments inspired by Thai and Balinese traditions. The spa features eight air-conditioned, elevated treehouse-style private rooms, a steam room, a relaxation area with plunge pools, a yoga pavilion, and manicure and pedicure stations.

Water Sports & Dive Centre

Set along the island’s pristine white-sand beach, Faarufushi’s fully equipped Water Sports Centre invites guests to explore the ocean through a variety of activities, including kayaking under the guidance of our experienced Water Sports Team. Motorised water sports are also available for an additional charge.

Adjacent to the arrival jetty, the 5-star dive centre offers access to the sea for both courses and excursions. Guests can experience a range of underwater adventures led by professional dive instructors, discovering the breathtaking marine life of the Indian Ocean. Certified PADI professionals are on hand to support guests who wish to earn their PADI licence.

Gym & Sports Centre

Guests can enjoy the air-conditioned gym facilities, equipped with the latest Technogym machines and personal trainers offering bespoke fitness programmes. The sports centre features one tennis court and one padel court, both conveniently located along the marina’s jetty.
