Veli is squarely aimed at the honeymoon market, and it works beautifully for couples who worry they might run out of things to do on a classic Maldives island. There is genuine variety here — a broad choice of restaurants and activities that sets it apart from the remote, Robinson Crusoe-style island experience. If you want the social buzz of a resort with plenty going on, Veli delivers without sacrificing quality.
